I slept in today until 10 am and had Spelt Pancakes for breakfast at about 11 am. I wasn’t feeling nearly as hungry as I usual do in the morning but those pancakes went down pretty easy. After that late breakfast, I didn’t feel hungry again until about 3pm.
Afternoon Snack
I decided since it is so late in the day I would settle for a snack that will tie me over until dinner time. So I had the same snack I had yesterday of:
- 1/2 cup of yogurt
- a handful of strawberries
- a handful of blueberries
- a couple slices of mango
Dinner
I grilled some red potatoes, green peppers and red peppers with a dash of fresh garlic and onions and served it with grilled chicken. Dinner was served at 5:30 pm.

Evening Snack
I started dreaming of coffee around 7pm but fought the urge and instead choose to snack on one sliced up small apple and one orange which I enjoyed with a glass of water. Yay!

I didn’t have a headache at all today perhaps because am adjusting or because I was well rested or because I was very pre-occupied with a project am working on - don’t know - only time will tell. It was certainly a much easier day than the previous days!
